Annie is a Junior at BYU majoring in family studies and minoring in psychology. Upon graduating, Annie plans to receive her masters in marriage and family therapy so that she can practice as a clinical therapist. Annie loves preparing for this career through working for the CREATE Project. She feels it has expanded her understanding of how important a healthy marriage is to one’s individual happiness and their personal relationships. Also, Annie appreciates assisting in the important data collection that will help future research on marriages and families. Not only does she enjoy helping families across the United States, but she also enjoys applying these newly attained skills to her own familial relationships, including within her marriage to the love of her life, Mitchell. During her spare time, Annie loves hiking, exercise, traveling, reading, Mexican food, and spending time with family and friends.
